Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within the Thermoforming and Extrusion departments. This role is responsible for overseeing production employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving efficient operations to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support shift production employees and equipment

• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved

• Monitor product quality and troubleshoot production issues

• Optimize machine performance and reduce scrap

• Assist operators with resolving production and quality challenges

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Plastics manufacturing experience required

• Thermoforming experience preferred

• 5+ years of manufacturing or plastics industry experience preferred

• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
