Summary: Industry-leading manufacturer is motivated to hire Site Controller under the direction of the Regional Controller. Will be responsible for all site financial and accounting activities. The Site Controller will be responsible for inventory evaluation, budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Partners with Site Leadership to manage and optimize all aspects of the P&L, with a high focus on COGS, freight, and other major cost drivers.
- Participates as a key business partner, contributing to strategy development and execution of annual plans.
- Oversees preparation of timely and accurate financial closings and reporting in accordance with the Group Accounting Policy and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Analyzes inventory activity and supplies, including obsolescence and spoilage.
- Drives a system of internal controls and ensures general ledger accounts are correctly stated and classified, and that financial reporting is prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Reviews financial requirements and develops financial goals and advises the management team accordingly.
- Ensures that site goals and initiatives are developed in line with company values, strategic goals, and business plans.
- Tracks cost-saving programs with year-over-year productivity improvements.
- Provides financial leadership on supply chain management. Effectively communicates financial risks and opportunities.
- Analyzes and reports manufacturing efficiency variances and determines corrective action requirements.
- Directs capital planning, reporting, and forecasting including cash positions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and capital expenses.
- Leads annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and the management reporting process.
- Develops operating plans, forecasts, and financial analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Cost accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel and database experience required.
- Strong ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
- Experienced with scenario modeling capabilities including capital planning and forecasting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
